Hi,
We need to store incoming e-mails in our inhouse application as a correspondence. We also create a relational record for each email, using our in house application, to save sender , date, correspondence category and related file transaction information of the correspondence. It takes much time and we want to enhance this process and we wish to create this SQL database record in lotus client side.
I thought to create Lotus mail database and add a save button into it. Users can forward emails which they want to store in our application, to this mail database and by clicking buttons they can do necessary tasks to save it. Or I can add some buttons to mail template and each users can see these buttons to save emails. Or you may suggest another way. What is the best approach?
